BCTC currently employs 25 post-graduate therapists.
For those among the top 3 graduates, each year opportunities are available to act as course assistants and to train to act as trainee supervisors.
Training as a BCTC client work supervisor entails a minimum of 80 supervisory hours, post BABCP accreditation
Course Assistants, who enjoy training, and have a minimum of 3 years experience may then proceed to train to become BCTC trainers.
